All EGC members handicap are managed via the club’s Proware system.

Rounds played in official EGC competitions at ESTEC or elsewhere, with a suitable format are automatically “qualifying” and Proware recorded, that is to say that they count towards a player’s handicap. Casual rounds included Gladiolenmiddag socials are nominally qualifying rounds but need to be entered into Proware by the player themselves.

After any rounds of 9 or 18 holes, the score can be entered into Proware (within a week) for exact handicap adjustment by yourself. Open your Proware system via your computer, tablet or mobile:
– Click “Uw handicap overzicht
– Click “New binnenland
– Select: Date, Course (if not ESTEC), 9 or 18 holes, Yellow or Red tee and enter your score per hole (you don’t need to enter a Marker) followed by “Opslaan”.

Alternatively you can enter your casual round using the GOLF.NL app on your smartphone.

Don’t drop any casual rounds (qualifying) score cards in the score card box at the Check-in hut. This box is only used for official EGC competitions played with tee times start.
